A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE
TRANSFER OF UNCLAIMED MONEY FROM THE
WATER FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, there is held in the City treasury unclaimed
money from water-deposits which has remained unclaimed for
a period of more than three years, and
WHEREAS, ~he unclaimed water deposits are for
individual items of less than $10.00, and
~ ~
,
WHEREAS, the aggregate sum of said individual items
is $498.81.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, pursuant to Government Code Section 50055 hereby
authorizes and directs the transfer of said unclaimed
money to the general fund.
