' ~ ^ NOW, THEREFOREg BE IT. RESOLVED THAT J the City Council finds
arld •concludes: -
1) ~ : That $50. 00- is an equitable fee `for.. environxizental assessment on
' project proposals .that require discretionary actions• by the City; '

'; 2) That .in those cases where inordinate work demands are' generated
the $50. 00 fee may .not cover all City expenditur-es;
3) ~ That to defray costs above and beyond those covered. by the $50: 00
fee ari accourtng be kept of all expenditures;
