A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD DESIGNATING THE ENTIRE CITY AS A
REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA
WHEREAS, this City Council has heretofore designated
various portions of the city as redevelopment protect areas; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to consider study-
ing the feasibility of redevelopment protects elsewhere throughout
the City.,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
hereby does find, determine, resolve, and order as follows:
Section 1. The entire City of Lynwood requires study
to determine if a redevelopment protect or protects, in addition
to those protects heretofore approved, are feasible.
Section 2. There is hereby designated as a redevelop-
ment survey area .pursuant to the provisions of Health and Safety
Code Section 33310 an area bounded by the corporate limits of the.
City of Lynwood.
