RESOLUTION NO. O q- 7 7
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL OF LOT DIVLSION
FOR RICHARD AND KAREN
ZIMINSKI
WHEREAS, Richard Ziminski and Karen Ziminski (Applicants) have
requested approval of a plan to subdivide 1.26 acres from their property on Willow
Drive near Wolsfeld Lake according to the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the plan
submitted by the Applicants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicants for the proposed
lot division, subject to the following conditions:
1. It is acknowledged that no park dedication fee is required as a result of this
lot division;
2. The 1.26 acre parcel shall be combined with the lot to the north owned by
Thomas M. Crosby, Jr.; and
3. The Applicants shall pay to the City for administrative expenses the amount
determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the City of
reviewing this lot division.
