RESOLUTION NO. 80-60A ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF. THE. CITY
OF LYNWOOD ORDERING THE`CITY ENGINEER OF SAID ~=~'"
CITY TO PREPARE-A REPORT ON THE LANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT OF SAID CITY AS PROVIDED
FOR UNDER THE "LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING, ACT
OF 1972." (PART 2 OF DIVISION 15 OF THE STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS.CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA),
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1980-1981.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
did on.the 1st of August, .1978, adopt Resolution.No. 78-78
ordering the. formation of a Landscape Maintenance.District;
and
WHEREAS, ,.there. are no new improvements or any
substantial-changes.in existing improvements planned
as listed .in Resolution 78-73, as adopted by said.City
Council on the 18th of.July, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer is required by Section
22623 of-the Street and.Highways Code-to file an annual
report,
` NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood that the office of-the
City, Engineer is hereby directed.to prepare and file
. a report in relation to said district all in accordance
with Part 2, Division 15 of the Streets and Highways
