RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL OF LOT DIVISION
FOR ORLO EISINGER
WHEREAS, Orlo Eisinger (Applicant) has requested approval of a plan to
subdivide a parcel of 10.04 acres from his property located at 1832 Medina Road
according to the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the plan
submitted by the Applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicant for the proposed
lot subdivision subject to the following conditions:
1. It is acknowledged that no park dedication fee is required because the parcel
is in excess of ten (10) acres in size;
2. It is acknowledged that Lot B is recognized as a conforming lot with the
existing homestead; and
3. The Applicant shall pay to the City for administrative expenses the amount
determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the City of
reviewing this subdivision.
