APPROVAL TO SUBMIT A GRANT APPLICATION AND EXECUTE
A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE MIDDLESEX COUNTY SUSTAINABLE
ECONOMIC GROWTH IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR
THE CARTERET HEALTH & WELLNESS CENTER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex,
State of New Jersey are desirous of obtaining funding from the Middlesex County
Sustainable Economic Growth Improvement Fund for the Carteret Health & Wellness
Center Project; and
'VHEREAS, such a resolution should designate the individual authorized to ensure the
application iil'proICerly completed and timely filed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, formally approves the grant application for the above stated project and
designates Grants Coordinator, Ronald G. McPhee to ensure that the application is
properly filed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Grants Coordinator ofthe Borough
of Carteret are hereby authorized to sign the grant agreement on behalf of the Borough of
Carteret and that their signature constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the
grant agreement and approves the execution of the grant agreement.
