A:RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD A PPROVING A CONDITIONA L USE PERMIT FOR
GUS BE-RMUDEZ TO OPEN AN APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE
ON PORTIONS OF LOTS 13 AND 14, TRAC'T 9288,~ COMMONLY
~ KNOWN AS 11327ATLANTIC AVENUE, ALL WITHIN TH:E COR-
- PORATE LIMTTS OF THE CITY OF LYNWUOD.
Wf~EREAS; the City of Lynwood has received an application f~r a
Condi~ional Use Permit to a11ow the operation of an appliance repair service
on ;pox~tions of Lots 13 and 14, Tract 9288, specifically known as 11327 Atlantic
Avenue, a~ll within t.he corporate limits of the City of Lynwood,
~]VHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Lynwood, after giving
notice°thereof, ~as required by law, has held and conducted a Public Heari:ng
conce:rning said application, and, based upon the evidence presented, has
adopted its Resolution No. 693,
~NHEREAS, said Ci~ty Council, after providing notice thereof as ~required
by lav~r, has lield and conducted a public .hearing to consider said application and
has ~.heard and considered all pertinent evidence ~presented,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D that the City Council of the ~City
of Lyriwofld does hereby find, determine, and order as ~follows
~~ ~ Section 1. _ That the use as proposed by the applicant is consistent wit.h
the Municipal Code,
Section 2. That the proposed tocation of the conditional use and the con-
ditions •under w.hich it would be •operated or maintained will not be detri-
mental to the public healt.h or safety and will not materially injure proper-
ties or improvements in t.he vicinity, ^
]3E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that t.h~ City Council of the City of Lynw~od
approves a Conditional Use Permit to a11ow t.he operation of an app~i.ance repai.r
servic~e on portions of Lots 13 and 14, Tract_9288, specifically known as 11327
Atlantic A venue, Lynwood, subject to the following stipulations
].. T.hat the rear yard be cleaned up and all junk and extraneous materials
be removed,
2. That the rear fer~ce be repaired,
,F3;i~ That tras.h. f bins be installed,
4. That no appliances be displayed for sale (outside) at the front,
5. That any signs installed shall meet the approval of the Planning De~t.,
6. That there will be no storage at t.he rear of the building, i. e. , all
appliances must be stored indoors,
7. T.hat a business license be obtained;
