A RESOLUTION OF. THE CITY COUNCIL OF ..THE .CITY OF L:YNWOOD
APPROVh1G A CONDITIONAL USE PERNIIT TO ALLOW THE OPERATION
OF A CHILD CARE CENTER ON LOT 2, ,PARCEL 36, TRACT 2551,
' SPECIFICALLY KNOtiVN AS 3316 LOS FLORES BOULEVARD, LY~TWgOD.
WHEREAS, the City of Lyntivood has received an application for. a Conditional.'
use Permit to. allow the operation of a child care center on Lot 2, Parcel 36,
Tract 255.1, specifically known as 3316 .Los Flores Boulevard, Lynwood,
WI~EREAS, the Planning. Commission of the City of Lynwood, after giving
notice thereof, as. required. by law,: has ,held and conducted a Public Hearing. con-
e cerning said application and,. based. upon the evidence presented, .has adopted its.
Resolution No. 692,
WHEREAS, said City Council, after providing notice thereof as required. by
iaw, has held and conducted a. Public Hearing.to consider said application and has
heard. and considered all pertinent evidence presented;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that `he City Council of the City of
Lynwood Hereby does. find,. determine, and order as follows:
Section 1. That the granting of a Conditional Use Permit will not be detri-
mental to ambient quality of the existing environment surrounding the
___ _ property; _ _
Section 2.' That the use as proposed by the applicant is consistent with
the Municipal Code;
Section 3. Thai the proposed: location of the conditional -use is in accord
with the objectives of. Lynwood Zoning Ordinance 108? and the .purpose of
the zone in which the site is located, in that the proposed use has been
determined to be permissible use by the Lynwood Planning Commission.
Section=l. That the proposed location of the cor~ditional use and the con-
. ditions under which it would be operated .or maintained will not be. detri-
` mental to the public health, safety, welfare or materially injurious to
improvements in the' vicinity.
BE IT FLTRTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lynwood
approves a Conditional Use Permit to allotiv the operation of a child care center on
Lot 2, Parcel 36, Traci 251; specifically known as 3316 Los Flores Boulevard,
_ _ _ Lynwood, subject to the.. following stipulations: __
1. That fencing be installed at front, rear, and-sides of property;
'?. That oarkwav be renovated, leveled and reseeded;
3. That a minimum of i~.vo (2) exits be available and handicapped ramps
be installed;
-l. That an approved manual fire alarm sysiem be installed;
~. That approved smoke detectors--two (`?)--be installed;

7: That the maximum number of chi dren be determined by;the .Planning.
Commission;
8. That• the garage. area have a minimum of 40 square feet of window..
