RESOLUTION OF LYNVJOOD CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING. FILING AN URBAN DEVELOP-
MENT ACTION GRANT APPLICATION.
WHEREAS, City of Lynwood has been determined to meet
the eligibility requirements of Section 570.452 of Urban Develop-
ment Action Grant regulations; ar_d
WHEREAS, a developer has committed to build a project
within the Lynwood Commercial Center R~ci~c~elopment Project Area A,
which will provide the required private sector leveraging; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of utilizing Urban De-
velopment Action Grant funds to assist in implementation of this
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood City Council does hereby
resolve that the City r~~ianager is hereby autriorizeci to submit all
necessary documents and execute all agreements required to obtain
an Urban Development Action grant.
Passid and adopted this 17th of JULY, 1980.
