PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor has erroneously placed a tax assessment on Block 242, lot 2
for property known as Roosevelt Manor, and
WHEREAS, this property was previously and is currently under the provisions of a PILOT
program, and
WHEREAS, the PILOT fees have all been collected as required, and therefore, the Tax
Collector is rec.ommending that the following taxes be cancelled:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough ofCarteret,
