A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYN6~JOOD ADOPTING AN AMENDED EP~ERGEPJCY PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted an amended official Civil
Defense and Disaster Plan by adoption of Resolutiori No 67-11, and
6JHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to substitute
for such Plan an amended City of Lynwood Emergency Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED that the City Council of the
City of Lynu~ood does hereby adopt in place of the Civil Defense and
,
Disaster Plan adopted by Resolution No 67-11 that certain amended
Civil Defense and Disaster Plan, a copy of which is on file with the
City Clerk and is designated as "City of Lynwood Emergency Plan - May,
1979", and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the ~irector of Emergency Services
empowered to supplement and make minor modifications in such Plan as he
deems necessary to strengthen and carry out the basic scheme and purposes
of such Plan, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that two copies of such plan shall be
forwarded to the California office of Emergency Services
