AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Four Million Dollars
($4,000,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for repair and replacement of
inlets, manholes, sewers, and other infrastructure in Stormwater Infrastructure Repairs (2023)
(13006) at various locations throughout the District.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for repair and replacement of
inlets, manholes, sewers, and other infrastructure in Stormwater Infrastructure Repairs (2023)
(13006) at various locations throughout the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 9, 2023 by the following vote.
Ayes - M Evans, A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozism, B. Wahby, and B. Watson
Nays - None
