AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Million Seven
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,700,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for professional
services in Oracle EBS Upgrade to the Cloud Dishict-wide.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15767, adopted October 14, 2021, authorized the
initial appropriation for Oracle EBS Upgrade to the Cloud; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars
($2,700,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for professional services in Oracle
EBS Upgrade to the Cloud District-wide.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 9, 2023 by the following vote:
Ayes - M. Evans, A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, B. Wahby, and B. Watson
Nays - None
