AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with Cherokee
Street Community Improvement District, for cost share for green infrastructure construction in
CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure - Love Bank Park (12871) in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15469, adopted September 10, 2020, authorized the
appropriation for cost share green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure (11146).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with
Cherokee Street Community Improvement District, for cost share for green infrastructure
construction in CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure - Love Bank Park (12871) in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri; said agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed Two Hundred
Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($265,000.00) from the General Fund and shall be comprised of such
other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 9, 2023 by the following vote:
Ayes - M. Evans, A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, B. Wahby, and B. Watson
