AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER'S
LICENSE FOR THE 2008-2009 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for the 2008-2009 License Term by the following:
DAVID MAKUTA
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver's License be
granted to DAVID MAKUTA for the 2008-2009 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council ofthe Borough of Calieret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2008-
2009 License Term to DAVID MAKUTA.
Adopted this November 6, 2008
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 7 2008.
