'DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF A RAFFLE LICENSE TO
HOLY FAMILY CHURCH AND ROTARY CLUB OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor .and Council of
the Borough of Carteret by Holy Family Church and Rotary Club of Cal'teret ;
and
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicants are qualified to be licensed and the
members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members
ofthe applicant; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have signified that the games will be played in
accordan~:::e j.vitll Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Control
Commission';)feguiations; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council ofthe Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby
-al~t,horjzed and directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by
isstiing p,oper presentation of application and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the
applicants; ,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Garues of Chance Control Commission, P.O. Box
46000, Newark, New Jersey 07101.
