PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF SURPLUS FUNDS
WHEREAS, NJ.S. 40:4-58 provides for the transfer of surplus funds from one account
to the other during the last two months of the calendar year:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council ofthe Borough of Carteret
that transfers be made in the Boroughs' 2008 budget appropriations in accordance with
the following schedule:
