RESOLUTION NO. (57-'� 7
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL
OF SELLARS PETRUCCI ADDITION
WHEREAS, Alex Miller (Applicant) has requested approval to plat land 24.5
acres to be known as Sellars Petrucci Addition; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have given preliminary
approval to the plat submitted by the Applicant; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant now seeks final approval for the plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicant for Sellars
Petrucci Addition, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant shall obtain approval from Hennepin County for any driveway
onto County Road 24;
2. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount
determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of
reviewing the subdivision; and
3. The Applicant shall file the plat with Hennepin county within 60 days of the
date of execution of the plat by the mayor and clerk -treasurer. If the plat
is not filed within such period of time, this approval shall be null and void.
