A RESOLUTION OF ~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF
ADDITIONAL FUNbS TO THE THERMOPLASTIC PRO~ECT
WHEREAS, CalTrans has agreed to fund the additional
monies needed for the Thermoplastic ProJect at no cost to the
City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the need to ap-
propriate all funds that will be expended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this appropria-
tion and its budget implications,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that the City Council hereby authorized the
City Manager to make the following appropriation:
