A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AWARDING
A CONTRACT IN, THE AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $83,846 TO ITERIS, INC. FOR
THE PREPARATION OF•T~iE CI~TY'S TRAFFIC SIGNAL MASTER PLAN PROJECT,
PROJECT NO. 4011:67.988, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on February 15, 2010, the City of Lynwood released a Request for
Proposals (RFP) for the Traffic Signal Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, sixteen firms requested RFP's and fourteen responded to the RFP;

WHEREAS, Iteris, Inc. is a qualified firm and has the staffing and expertise to
prepare the Traffic Signal Master Plan project for a not-to-exceed fee of $83,846.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Lynwood City Council awards a consulting services
contract to Iteris, Inc. in the not-to-exceed amount of $83,846 for the Traffic Signal
Master Plan Project, Project. 4011.67.988 and finds that Iteris, Inc. is the most qualified
proposer per Lynwood Municipal Code section 6-3.9.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Agreement between
the City of Lynwood and Iteris, Inc. in a form approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 2010.
