A RESOLUTION OF THE CLTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNtiVOOD INCREASING THE FEES FOR PERSONNEL'
SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood and the Lynwood Redevelopment
,agency have heretofore entered. into an agreement dated April 23,
1980, pursuant to which the City agrees to provide certain person-
~~_ ne services --for- the Agency and- t•he -A-g-en~c'y agr~e`es to -pay„wfor;"such
services in accordance with a fee schedule attached to said agree-
ment; a'nd .
WHEREAS, said agreement provides that the City may adJust
such fee schedule~to reflect any changes.in the cost of providing
the services referred to in the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that the cost of provid-
ing such .services have increased and wishes to adJust the .fee "
schedule accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City~of Lynwood
hereby does resolve that the fees to be charged by`t.he City for
.personnel services provided to the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency
hereby are adJusted to the rates set forth in Exhibit "A" hereto,
and said rates shall be substituted in every respect for the
rates set forth in Exhibit "C" to the aforesaid agreement..
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED. this 'nth 'day of
