A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF:LYNWOOD.CLARIFYING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW AND FEES

`~ ',dHEREAS,.Section lO.OT of the Lynwood Zoning Ord.inance~ Ordinance
- ~~o. 570 of-the City of Lynwood, as amended )requires that site plan approval be
grahted by!the Planning Department prior to erecting, constructing, establishing,..
altering, enlarging; occupying, or using any. building in the industrial zone for
~permit.ted uses;
WHEREAS,_Section 39.21 of the Lynwood Zar+i`ng Ordinance prescribes fees
to be charged for various planning and zoning pro;ce_ed.ings , :'_.... .' .:. .. _..>...,.:: ,......
WHEREAS; afe~ of $150.0.0 is.designated in -Section 19..21 as the charge
for site plan review; .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the- City of
Lynwood, hereby does find,. determine, and order as follows:
+ SECTION 1. That the fee of X150.00 stated in Section 19.21 of the
Zoning Ordinance=as the fee. for site plan review shall apply to site
.plan review where it is~proposed to erect, construct, alter, or ,
enlarge any building on the subject property.
