A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE PURCHASE
OF TORO GMT 200 GROUNDS MOWER.
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized funds for pur-
chase of a Toro GMT 200 Grounds Mower;
WHEREAS, Toro Pacific Distributing Company sells the
aforementioned mower;
WHEREAS, the type of mower available .from Toro Pacific
Distributing Company meets all of~the specifications and re-
quirements necessary for performance of turf maintenance in
our city parks and street medians;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by a 4/5 vote of the City
Council of the City of Lynwood that purchase of the TORO GMT
200 Grounds Mower from Toro Pacific Distributing Company is
the most efficient and economical way to purchase this equip-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that Council
direct the City Manager to proceed with the purchase of this
equipment.
