HomeMy Public PortalAbout1990-06Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA Resolution No. �G - RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL TO TIMOTHY OLSON FOR PROPERTY AT 3882 CHIPPEWA ROAD. WHEREAS, Timothy Olson (Applicant) has requested approval to subdivide 19.46 acres into two lots on the property located at 3882 Chippewa Road; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this matter on January 9, 1990 and the City Council on February 6, 1990. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary plat approval is granted to the Applicant, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicant shall dedicate drainage easements satisfactory to the City engineer. 2. The Applicant shall pay a park fee in the amount determined by City staff for the newly created easterly lot. 3. Outlot A shall provide access for both lots. 4. The Applicant shall dedicate the right-of-way for Chippewa required by the City engineer. 5. The Applicant must obtain approval from the Pioneer Creek Watershed District for the plat. 6. The Applicant shall pay to the City for administrative expenses the amount determined by staff to represent the actual cost to the City of reviewing the subdivision. 7. The Applicant shall submit a current abstract of title or registered property abstract covering all land within the subdivision for review by the City attorney. 8. The Applicant shall submit the final plat to the City for approval within 180 days of the date of this resolution, which final plat shall, in all material respects, conform to the preliminary plat, except that it shall incorporate all changes and modifications required by this resolution.
