PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF SURPLUS FUNDS
WHEREAS, NJ.S. 40:4-58-provides for the transfer of surplus funds from one acconnt
to the other during the last two months ofthe calendar year:
OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the Borough of Carteret
that transfers be made in the Boroughs' 2008 budget appropriations in accordance with
