A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THIRTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS,
AND APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1980-81 TO APPROPRIATE REQUISITE FUNDS
___ ~ WHEREAS,_ the City Council has determined the need to fund the
construction of a fence at Water Well No 3, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this appropriation and
its budget implications, and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the
City oi Lynwood hereby authorize the City Manager to make the
following appropriation
FROM T0
Water Fund I 02-170-808 Fence at Water Well #3
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Lynwood hereby direct the City blanager to prepare the
necessary documents
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 6th day of NOVEMBFR,
