RESOLUTION NO. 9O- d
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION
FOR LAWRENCE ALAN AND YVONNE ALAN
WHEREAS, Lawrence Alan and Yvonne Alan (Applicants) have requested
approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel of 20 acres into two lots according to the
survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the
preliminary plat submitted by the Applicants; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have complied with the requirements of
preliminary subdivision approval required by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicants for their
subdivision, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicants shall execute a drainage and utility easement as required by
the city engineer;
2. The Applicants shall pay to the city a park dedication fee for the lot which
is less than ten (10) acres in size;
3. The Applicants shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount
determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of
reviewing the subdivision; and
4. The Applicants shall file the final plat with Hennepin County within 60 days
of the date of the adoption of this resolution, or the approval hereby granted
shall be null and void.
