APPOINTING A BOROUGH PROSECUTOR.
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough Prosecutor in the Borough of Carteret;
and
.WHEREAS, it is in the best interest ofihe Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
THOMAS DOWNS
Be and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Prosecutor, effective April
7, 2008, Term to Expire 12/31/08.
