A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD APPROVING A
C.ON~LT.IpN9.L .USE rPE~?MIT,..T.O.AL.LpW .T.HE ~MOUII~TG .Cp,F TAO
DWELLING UNITS.AND ONE GARAGE, AND THE CONSTRUCTION
OF .A SECOND GARAGE ON PROPERTY IN THE R-3 ZONE
LOCATED AT L2402 SANTA FE AVENUE, LEGALLY DESCRIBED
AS THE NORTH 50 FEET OF THE.WEST l56 FEET, LOT 1, BLOCK
13,. BELLE VERNON ACRES; CITY OF LYNWOOD
WHEREAS, on November 18, 1980, the Planning Commission adopted its Reso-
lution No. 718 approving a Conditional Use Permit for proposed development on the
subject .property; _..__ _. ._ ..
WHEREAS,. a Conditional Use Permit is required to relocate or con-
struct buildings into the R-3 zone;
WHEREAS, the:~C ty_ _Counci l__ _ _ of the City of Lynwood, after
giving notice thereof as required by law, did, on December 16 -, L980, hold a
Public Hearing on the applicatiran of Jose Arce to relocate two dwelling units
and one garage. and construct an additional garage, onto the above-described
-lot. in the. R-3.zone;
NOW, THEREFORE; LSE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
finds and concludes as follows: ~ ~ - -- -
1. That the site for the intended use is adequate in size and shape, and
is properly zoned to accommodate said use;
2. That there will be. no. adverse effect on abutting property or improve-
ments in the vicinity;
3. That the granting of said permit will not be contrary to, or adversely
affect, the General Plan of-the. City;
4. That the minimum requirements necessary to protect the, health and
~safety~of~the community shall be °met;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lynwood
approves a Conditional Use Permit to relocate two dwelling units and one garage,
and construct an additional garage on the above-described .property, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That development of this property adhere to the plans submitted;
2. That all conditions of other departments of the City be met;

3. That the proposed use, .if approved, may be reviewed and additional
conditions added, upon receipt of verifiable complaints;

4. That any street trees removed be replaced,;
5. That an irrigation system be provided for parkways, front yards,
and side yards.
