WHEREAS, bids for thc Town Revitalization Project were authorized on March
16, 2000, by Resolution #00-97: and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to award set bid;
and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received on May 9, 2000:
