RESOLUTION NO. 11-8282
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA TO REQUIRE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO CREATE A CHECKLIST
FOR ALL PLANNING COUNCIL AND ZONING
RECOMMENDATIONS, SPECIFICALLY INCUDING ANY
APPLICATIONS FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS FOR A
LIMITED TERM, AND INCLUDING ALL CHARGES FOR
IMPACT FEES, AND SIMILAR COSTS; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires that
Community Development create a checklist for all Planning Council and Zoning
recommendations, specifically including any application for special exceptions for a
limited term and, including all charges for impact fees and similar costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City Opa-locka requires Community
Development to create a checklist for all Planning Council and Zoning recommendations,
specifically including any application for special exceptions for a limited term, and including all
charges for impact fees and similar costs.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
