CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 9°- / 6
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
PLAT APPROVAL FOR LOOKOUT
WHEREAS, Willi am 'Ba.i ly (Applicant) has requested approval to subdivide
19.46 acres into two lots on the property located at 3882 Chippewa Road; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this matter on January 9,
1990, and the City Council on February 6, 1990 and March 6, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that final plat approval is granted to the Applicant, subject to
the following conditions:
1. The Applicants shall pay a park fee in the amount of $2,685.
2. Outlot A shall provide access for both lots.
3. The Applicant shall pay to the City for administrative expenses the amount
determined by staff to represent the actual cost to the City of reviewing
the subdivision.
4. The Applicant shall file the plat with Hennepin county within 60 days of the
date of this resolution. If the plat is not filed within said period of time, the
approval hereby granted shall be null and void.
