HomeMy Public PortalAbout1990-22Member adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. go- RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF A SUBDMSION FOR GLADYS SCHLOSSER WHEREAS, Gladys Schlosser (Applicant) has requested approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel into nine lots and two outlots according to the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have reviewed the preliminary plat submitted by the Applicant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval is granted to the Applicant for her subdivision, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicant acknowledges that Lot 1, Block 1 is at minimum size for compliance with City ordinances and no portion of the lot may be sold to adjacent property owners; 2. The driveway for Lot 9 shall enter off of Outlot A; 3. The Applicant shall enter into a private road agreement regarding Outlot B in a form satisfactory to the City attorney; 4. The Applicant shall pay to the City a park dedication fee for all lots except Lots 1 and 9; 5. The Applicant shall dedicate on the final plat drainage easements over all property lines as required by the City engineer; 6. The Applicant shall dedicate on the final plat an easement over the drain tile located on Lot 2; 7. It is acknowledged that all lots have sufficient room to accommodate an animal structure; 8. The Applicant shall dedicate on the final plat the right-of-way for Chippewa as required by the City engineer; 1 Dated: 9. The Applicant shall pay to the City for administrative expenses the amount determined by the City staff to represent the actual cost to the City of reviewing the subdivision; 10. The Applicant shall submit a current abstract of title or registered property abstract covering all land within the subdivision for review by the City attorney; and 11. The Applicant shall submit the final plat to the City for approval within 180 days of the date of the adoption of this resolution, which final plat shall in all material respects conform to the preliminary plat, except that it shall incorporate all changes and modifications required by this resolution. / 7 , 1990 ATTEST: p _ /�•.
