AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A
SUPPLEMENTAL GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND
TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION TO EXTEND THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
PLANNING GRANT USED TO FUND THE TRANSIT AND CENTRAL
MAINTNENANCE FACILITY FEASIBILITY STUDY.
WHEREAS, the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission is funding part of
the feasibility study for the Transit-Central Maintenance Facility; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to extend the project time period for the grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
Supplemental Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
