AUTHORIZING BIDS
FOR A 2007 FRONT END LOADER
WHEREAS, there is a need for a 2007 Front End Loader; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for a 2007
Front End Loader;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids for a 2007 Front End Loader.
Adopted this 15th day of January, 2009
and certified as a true copy ofthe
original on January 16, 2009.
