AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with Forest Park
Forever, Inc., for cost share for green infrastructure construction in CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure - Forest Park Waterways (13389) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15645, adopted May 13, 2021, authorized the original
agreement for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure -Forest Park Waterways (13389); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15834, adopted January 13, 2022, authorized the
appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure—River Des Peres (13078).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with
Forest Park Forever, Inc., for cost share for green infrastructure construction in CSO Volume
Reduction Green Infrastructure - Forest Park Waterways (13389) in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri; said agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Million Three Hundred Twenty-
Two Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,322,200.00) the General Fund and shall be comprised
of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on March 9, 2023 by the following vote:
Ayes - M. Evans, A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, B. Wahby, and B. Watson
Nays - None
