AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 10999 with Ecopia
Tech Corporation to delineate impervious surface footprints and calculate their areas in Impervious
Surface Delineation Services (CIS) (2023) (10999).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 10999
with Ecopia Tech Corporation to delineate impervious surface footprints and calculate their areas
in Impervious Surface Delineation Services (GIS) (2023) (10999) Districtwide; and said contract
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on March 9, 2023 by the following vote:
Ayes - M. Evans, A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, B. Wahby, and B. Watson
Nays - None
