AWARD OF BID - COOKE AVENUE SEWER REHABILITATION AND
PERSHING AVENUE AREA SEWER SEPARATION
WHEREAS, bids for the construction of the Cooke Avenue Sewer Rehabilitation
and Pershing Avenue Area Sewer Separation were authorized on March 16, 2000
by Resolution #00-99; and
W EREAS, tt is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to award said bid;
and
WHEREAS, thc following bids were received on May 9, 2000:

Pershing Avenue Area Sewer Separation is hereby awarded to:
ALLSTATE POWER VAC, INC.
Adopted this 18th day of May, 2000
And certified as a true copy of the
original on May 19, 2000.

NOT TO EXCEED $104,475.00.
According to the terms set forth in Bid Specification Resolution
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor. the sum set
forth in Resolution.
