Board voted to go into closed session at approximately 8:47 a.m. Trustee Evans made a motion
to go into closed session, it was seconded by Trustee Wahby, and motion was approved
unanimously by roll call vote.
Rich Unverferth presented the proposed buyout of the parcel at 6940 Odell Street, St. Louis,
MO 63143 for $205,000, the appraised value. The land is needed for the construction of the
LMRDP CSO Storage Tunnel and will be used for construction and staging. The motion was
made and seconded and all Trustees present approved the motion via a roll call vote.
Susan Myers then updated the Board on matters closed under RSMo 1988 SUPP §610.021(1) -
Legal, Confidential, or Privileged Matters.
Closed session adjourned approximately 9:27 a.m.
