CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 676, an ordinance amending
required swimming pool setbacks
from utilities. The ordinance re-
duced the required setback for
swimming pools from underground
utility lines from 18 feet to five feet.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
