AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for property appraisal services in General Services
Agreement - Property Appraisal (2021) Contract D2 (13870) at various locations within the
District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No.52001 with Dinan Real Estate
Advisors, Inc. for property appraisal services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund to be used for property appraisal services in General Services
Agreement - Property Appraisal (2021) Contract D2 (13870) at various locations within the
District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 16082
with Dinan Real Estate Advisors, Inc. for property appraisal services in General Services
Agreement - Property Appraisal (2021) Contract D2 (13870) at various locations within the
District; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved
by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on April 13, 2023 by the following vote:
Ayes - - A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, M. Evans, B. Watson and B. Wahby
