RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION
OF TRUNK SANITARY SEWER AND WATER
MAIN FACILITIES AND STREETS, LATERAL
UTILITIES AND CURBS AND GUTTERS IN
PHASE I OF CHERRY HILL FARM SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the City Council has ordered a public hearing to be held on the
5th day of June, 1990, regarding the construction of trunk sanitary sewer and water
main facilities and streets, lateral utilities and curbs and gutters in phase I of
Cherry Hill Farm Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks public notice of the
hearing was given and the hearing was held on the scheduled date at which all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. Construction of trunk sanitary sewer and water main facilities and
streets, lateral utilities and curbs and gutters in phase I of Cherry
Hill Farm Subdivision is hereby ordered.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby appointed city
engineer for the project.
3. It is the judgement of the City Council that the described
improvements within phase I of Cherry Hill Farm Subdivision have no
relationship to the City's comprehensive plan.
