AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE COST SHARE
AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION
COMMISSION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute an amendment to the Cost Share Agreement with the Missouri Highways and
Transportation Agreement dated March 12, 2010, the terms of such amendment to be
substantially similar to the attached Exhibit A.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passa a and approval. r
