ORDINANCE NO. 14731
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING CHAPTER
17 OF THE CITY CODE BY ALLOWING 25 ACTIVE PROPERTIES TO PARTICIPATE
IN THE FACADE IMPROVEMENT TAX REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 17-401 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, subsection
(k), is hereby amended as follows:
Sec. 17-401. Eligibility.
To be eligible for this Program,properties eligible must meet the following criteria:
k. the total number of active properties which can participate in this program shall not exceed
twenty five(25).
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
