4. UPDATE ON CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
Comments:
Staff will present to the Directors an update on the Capital Improvements
Projects.
Recommendation:
Staff requests for the Directors of the Lynwood Information Inc. to receive
staff's presentation on the Capital Improvement Projects update.
5. PARKING METERS
Comments:
At the last Special Lynwood Information .Inc. the Directors received' a
presentation on the parking meters. This is in conformance with Goal 1, "To
create and maintain a clean community", Strategy ?_, "Regulate commercial
truck on lots and street".

Recommendation:
Staff recommends for the Directors of the Lynwood Information Inc. to join
staff in a field survey to determine the level of parking meters to be installed
and to determine the possible locations for installation.
