CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 9e-171/ A
RESOLUTION GRANTING A LOT DIVISION/
COMBINATION TO WAYNE NEDDERMEYER
WHEREAS, Wayne Neddermeyer (Applicant) has submitted an application to
divide his property located north and west of Medina Morningside, according to the
survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed that the one acre parcel created by the division
will be combined with the adjoining property to the north; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot division/combination was reviewed by the
Planning Commission on May 8, 1990, and by the City Council on June 5, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that the Applicant's proposed lot division/combination is hereby
approved, subject to the following:
1. The Applicant shall convey to the City a drainage easement 20 feet
in width along the common lot line of the parcels created by this
division;
2. The Applicant shall prepare an overlay of a prospective division of
the property in the event sanitary sewer is extended to the area in
the future;
3. The one acre parcel created by the division must be combined with
the adjacent property to the north; and
4. The Applicant shall pay to the City a fee in the amount determined
by the staff to represent the actual cost to the City of reviewing this
application.
