HomeMy Public PortalAbout1990-44Member adoption: J.5[% ti t introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 9a'1/1 RESOLUTION GRANTING A LOT COMBINATION/ DIVISION TO ROLAND PETERSON AND DAVID RASKOB WHEREAS, Roland Peterson and David Raskob (Applicants) have submitted an application to combine Lots 1 through 8, Block 23, Independence Beach and divide the resulting property into parcels A, B and C according to the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the proposed lot combination/division was reviewed by the Planning Commission on May 8, 1990, and by the City Council on June 5, 1990. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that the Applicants' proposed lot combination/division is hereby approved, subject to the following: 1. The driveway to parcel A must be on the easterly 30 feet of the old street easement; 2. The Applicants must pay a connection charge of $2,880.22 before any building or other permits are issued for the parcels; 3. The culvert size shall be a minimum of 18 inches; 4. It is acknowledged by the Applicants that the City's approval of this lot combination/division does not imply that either of the undeveloped parcels is buildable; 5. There must be separate sanitary sewer and water main services to parcels A and C. The sanitary sewer services shall be 4 inches. The water service to parcel A shall be a minimum of 1 1/2 inches. The water service to parcel C shall be a minimum of 1 1/4 inches; 6. Access for parcel A shall be from the private driveway for parcel C; 7. The joint driveway for parcels A and C must be paved a width of 20 feet to a point 30 feet back from the street; 8. The Applicants shall convey to the City an easement for utility purposes 5 feet in width along the property lines of all parcels and 10 feet in width along the front of the parcels; and 9. The Applicants shall pay to the City a fee in the amount determined by the staff to represent the actual cost to the City of reviewing this application. /1 DATED: , {�% / / , 1990.
