ONE —Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Wells-' burg, County of Grundy, and State of Iowa, that permission and auth- ority is hereby given and granted to Standard Oil Company, a corporation organized and doing business under .and by virtue of the laws of the '$tote of Indiana, to construct and maintain fora period of Twenty-five (25) years on the following, described Property, to -wit: — "Beginning at a point 'd a feet distant westerly from the west end of the Chicago, Pock Island & Pacific Railway Company's main track and southerly at right angles 55 feel[ to a point 8.5 feet distant southerly from the center line of slid Chicago, Stock Islland & Pacific Railway Com- pany's trae's, thence westerly parallel witli said center line 80 feet; thence southerly at right i angles 45 feet; thence easterly at right angles 80 feet; thence .northerly at right angles 75 feet to said point of beginning." Warehouse, tanks, and other build- ings necessary for its business and to store therein illuminating oils, coal oil, naphtha, gasoline, benzine or any other mineral oils or fluids, the products of petroleum, ill quan- tities sufficient to meet the require, ments of its said business. SEC. TWO —All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby repealed. SEC.
