AUTHORIZING APPLICATION TO NEW JERSEY
DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS FOR
GRANT/LOAN
WHEREAS; the Borough of Carteret desires to apply for and obtain a
grant/loan from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs for
approximately $ 50,000 to can'y out a project to purchase fire rescue/pumper;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that thc Borough of Carteret does hereby
authorize the application for such a grant/loan; and upon receipt of the
grant/loan agreement from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs,
does further authorize the execution of the grant/loan agreement; and also upon
receipt of the fully executed agreemcnt from the Department, does further
authorize the expenditure of funds pursuant to the terms of said agreement
between the Borough of Carteret and the New Jersey Department of
Community Affairs; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the persons whose names, titles, and
signature appear below are authorized to sign the application, and that they or
their successors in said titles are authorized to sign the agreement, and any other
documents necessary in connection therewith;
